Too many queries: But I will answer as fully as possible: concentric LVH means "thickening of wall" of left ventricle (main pumping chamber of heart) due to excess pressure, usually high BP. Could also result from aortic valve stenosis. Check your BP and get it under control. Second, "mid and apical part septum" HK suggests one wall of LV not squeezng well. Not sure how reliable your test was....Last pericardits,
