How much weight can i lose if i dont eat nothing for 5 days and just drink water ?

Hard to guess: Maybe 3/4 of a pound (1/3 or a kilogram) each day. Just drinking water in normal amounts is ok, but too much water will dilute one's electrolyte balance... and cause bad side effects. One should definitely consult with his primary care doctor before trying something like this if planning to go more than a couple of days without food, or if there are any underlying medical conditions.
