Not a great idea: Im a bigger fan of the South Beach Diet http://www.Southbeachdiet.Com/ and the slow carb diet http://fourhourworkweek.Com/2012/07/12/how-to-lose-100-pounds/ what you describe sounds like it might work in the short term, but won't get sustained, large amounts of weight off of you (more than 10 pounds). I have successfully used the sbd, and currently on the scd, with good results.
