Eat rigth?: How do you know that you eat right? Has your diet been reviewed by a professional such as a registered dietitian or knowledgeable physician? Many of my patients come in thinking they eat right only to discover that they do not. Sometimes there is more going on such as a contributing medical condition. Also without knowing your height, i can't determine what is the right weight for you.

Nutrition: See a registered dietition for a nutrition plan. You are at the age where hormonal influences can really have an effect on weight. See about optimizing your nutrition. This will include lots of protein, severe reduction or absence of sugar, and likely big reduction in carbohydrates. Might need to see an endocrinologist for evaluation, as well. Best of luck. Keep up the good work !
