Eustachian tube dysf: Are you popping your ears 30 to 40 times a day?
This is what you need to be doing. Also take Flonase 2 sprays each nostril 2 x day. If this does not help, you may need a pressure equalization tube placed in both ear drums. This will allow the ears to equlibrate and you will not feel a pressure sensation there all day. Good luck and feel better!
