I have clicking/popping sound in ear when i burp im almost 99% sure it isnt ear wax. i also have sudden onset tinnitus in right ear no noticeable hearing loss. could it be eustachian tube dysfunction and glue ear?

Recommend: Suggest you get audiogram and even have visit to ENT specialist. Tinnitus can be associated with hearing loss, but the sudden attacks may raise question of Meniere's. Hope this helps.
