Hello. This can be Eustachian tube related but it can also be linked with blood vessels that increase in size/volume when you lie down and your blood volume redistributes. See your ENT doc who can do a complete evaluation and possibly order an Audio/Tymp and flow-imaging from your neck, through your skull base/bone and into the brain.
