Pulsatile tinnitus 1yr+, bilateral, not constant, perfect hearing tests. Also regular (constant) tinn. ENT says no further work up needed. Scared bc Ive had off and on mild dizziness for a year+ that has become constant with high anxiety. Thoughts?
