Had a bad ear infection. infection is gone now, but hearing a click or small squish in ears each time i swallow. sometimes i hear nothing. does that mean my eustachian tubes are healing?

It is a good sign. The fluid trapped during an ear infection can take many weeks to clear after all the germs are dead. The clicking sound is when the Eustachian tube straighten. At some point the clicking may stop, but I would not worry about it.
