Mgt/: You may have a viral infection. I would suggest being evaluated by your PCP. If you are short of breath, please see your acute care center. Motrin may relieve your chest pain if it is related to muscular strain. A flu vaccination is suggested annually.

Chest pain: Chest discomfort, cough and wheezing suggest infection in bronchial tubes with an asthmatic component. Your symptoms are worrisome enough to be examined in the hospital emergency room now. Elevated heart rate is secondary to the respiratory symptoms and is not unusual.
