Can you have allergic asthma with no wheezing or cough? i breathe normal but something doesn't feel right when i inhale in my chest. been checked and heart and lungs are normal. i also have a stuffy nose at night.

Asthma: simply means "inflamed" lower airways, can be allergic or non-allergic, and yes it can happen without wheezing/cough, just chest tightness. Whether you have asthma or not, you need to be evaluated for your symptoms by an asthma specialist, you may not have the condition. spirometry, sort of lung function testing, or methacholine challenge may be needed. See an allergist or a pulmonologist, good luck
