i have shortness of breath my chest crackles but not a wheeze i'm am fatigued and my heart rate is about 120 this has been going on for 6 months help ?

More info: It sounds like you have chronic lung disease. The rapid hr can be from low oxygen, increased work of breathing, or as an effect of adrenergic breathing medications. Fatigue would be expected. I suspect you know your diagnosis? I suspect you're under the care of a physician?
