Evaluation/testing: Wheezing may be caused by bronchospasm or narrowing due to edema of the airway. An evaluation is recommended and screening for influenza, COVID 19 and other illnesses is suggested. A chest image and EKG may be useful. Treat fever with Tylenol, rest and drink fluids.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
