Needs exam: A 32 y/o with a sensation of a lump in the throat with negative assessment by ENT/Pulmonary: think about esophageal disease (spasm, reflux, diverticulum, etc), enlarged thiroid, congenital malformation such as thyroglossal cyst, vascular anomaly, etc. Psychosomatic causes can also be considered.
