What's the most effective way to improve long term nose and ear pressure issues? ie when flying or diving, ears and sinus pressure.

Equalize pressures: if diving, make sure you don;t have a cold- take a decongestant if necessary, Equalize your ears with tba pressure as you descend my holding nose and blowiing so that the pressure in the eustachian tubes goes against your tympanic membranes. On planes chew gum, swallow and equalize if necessary. If these don;t work. get evaluated for nasal polyposisf which may cause sinus problems.
