Have sinus pressure & post nasal drip w/ no runny nose. hands are shaky and ears are ringing, had eyes checked, all good. afraid of brain tumor. ?

Probably not!: At 20 yo your symptoms point more towards a basic sinus issue, with a possible underlying anxiety disorder. If your hand shake all the time, you may have some familial tremor or something else, but most likely not a brain tumor. If the shaking is constant, than see a neurologist to get it evaluated.
