Probably not a tumor: Things like sinus infection is a lot more likely than a tumor as an explanation for your symptoms. See if your doctor can see you today to check this out for you.

Probably not!: At 20 yo your symptoms point more towards a basic sinus issue, with a possible underlying anxiety disorder. If your hand shake all the time, you may have some familial tremor or something else, but most likely not a brain tumor. If the shaking is constant, than see a neurologist to get it evaluated.
