My nose is not blocked but have high pressure and pain around my sinus cavities to the extent that my right ear is starting to ache. i have been taking sinucon, but appears to be working. what is the best way to clear the sinus pressure?

Nasal lavage: If not hypertensive use a 12 hr nasal decongestant spray, 2 sprays/nostril every 12 hours. Do not use if is elevated, nasal saline lavage or Neti pot 3-4 times daily and nasal cortisone ( Flonases or NasaCort- or generic equivalents.
