Sinus infection: Sinus infections can be tricky to diagnose. Ear pressure and post nasal drip could possibly be a symptom. Check it out with your doctor if it continues.

Head rush: It could be a sinus issue. Have your doctor refer you to an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist.
