No: If you have pain in the back of the head, it is usually musculoskeletal from muscles, tension, hormone , arthriits with temp changes etc...It is best to see doctor to get evaluation.

No: Sinus pain usually occurs in the front of the head by the cheeks and forehead. A viral infection may be causing the headache. If your neck hurts you when you touch your chin to your chest then call your doctor - it could be a sign of a serious infection.
