Ive had the colds for 3 days now. not so clogged up but i do feel sinus pressure on the side of my head and ears. yesterday i had mucus in my nose but today i woke up with dry nose (still feel clogged tho) and no sense of smell. what can i do?

Pressure feeling that comes and goes in a fairly localized spot on the top center of my head. When pressing on it, can feel sinuses relieve. Seems like pressure from sinuses as they are already clogged. Is sinus pressure possible there?
