Allergies: The symptoms described are most consistent with an allergy. Based on the info provided it is hard to say what to. Best remedy is to avoid whatever it is that you are allergic to. Outside of that nasal irrigation with a Neti pot or other device is helpful as are antihistamine medications like diphenhydramine, loratadine, and cetirizine.
