I lost around 15 lbs with proper diet (1200 cal approx) and exercise cardio+strength 40 to 60 min. however, now i am not losing weight or inches. what could be wrong? i need to lose fat! i count calories and avoid eating unhealthy foods. please help!

Weight loss: You have reached a plateau and just need to keep on. I would use myfitnesspal to track calories in and out and lower till you start to lose weight again.
