Levels: The easiest way is to contact the lab. Someone there should be able to give you an accurate answer.

Hello, i am a 35 year old male. Got my blood tests today and my Ferritin level was 342 ng/mL where the normal range according to the lab is 20 - 300.
Is 95 normal ferritin? I read anything over 80 is bad, but lab range 40-150. It was 45 last year, but improved my diet. I don't take any meds/vitamins
My Ferritin levels are 38.5 ng/mL and the lab that did the test has a range of 20-400 ng/mL. I know it falls within the normal range but its very close to being low and I have several symptoms of anemia. Would this be considered low normal?
