Hemoglobin: Can not answer without knowing your blood count. Secondly the thyroid gland is of critical importance and without a TSH and other thyroid tests and chemistry it may look like an overactive thyroid which may be indirectly connected to an elevated ferritin which can go up in many inflammatory conditions like an overactive thryoid from a virus or other causes.
