Hello, i am a 35 year old male. Got my blood tests today and my Ferritin level was 342 ng/mL where the normal range according to the lab is 20 - 300.

At what point should an iron supplement be considered? my Ferritin, Serum lab whowed a 2 ng/ml with a normal range of 30-400. Is it time to consider an iron supplement? Do experience fatigue, hair loss, muscle cramps etc.
What do these lab results mean? Iron: 34 ug/ml, tibc: 472 ug/dl, iron saturation: 7.2%, iron 32 ug/dl and ferritin 8 ng/ml
