Is 95 normal ferritin? i read anything over 80 is bad, but lab range 40-150. it was 45 last year, but improved my diet. i don't take any meds/vitamins

Need further tests: did they do a TIBC, which is total iron binding capacity (transferrin level) and serum iron to calculate the percentage saturation? that in addition to ferritin can determine if you are at risk of iron overload.
