My 2 year of son may have measles. what treatment can i give at home to help. he will be going to the doctor as well.

Comfort measures: True measles & a lot of what looks like it are viral in origin & have no particular treatments. The main problems come from the worrisome complications. Many get bacterial ear infections or pneumonia as the process progresses. This can be sorted out with a visit. Keeping them hydrated & fed while they have a poor appetite is a challenge. High fever can benefit from ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
