Can any doc tell me what's the difference between ruebella and measles?

Separate germs: Rubella, or german measles is a rather mild rash producing illness in kids and adults that does its most damage to a fetus.If mom gets it during pregnancy, it can miscarry, become deaf, mute and or blind and suffer major organ damage. The measles (rubeola) is a harsh longer illness that can result in severe complications including death at any age.
