I had a check up last saturday, and the doctor said i have a measles and he recommended me to take orpic(ciprofloxacin) ? what do you think?

You may have misunderstood what he was telling you. If he insists that it is measles, get a second opinion. Measles can be dangerous, particularly to pregnant women. To be safe, avoid pregnant women until you are sure of what you have.
