Had a ultrasound for my first prenatal appointment but they just found a sac. they said it may be to early. hcg levels were 35k then 34k. is this bad?

Repeat sono: Should have seen more fetal development at that HCG level, however I would suggest repeating the songram possibly trans-vaginal, to be sure.

Prognosis seems poor: If the finding of "just a sac" was from a tranvaginal sonogram performed by a skilled certified sonographer and the blood betaHCG levels have indeed decreased, there is a high probability that your pregnancy will be lost.

May be: It can be ectopic pregnancy or early pregnancy or Sab ,I will repeat titers in one week and then see what happens
