Hcg level: probably around 5 weeks since LMP. You often times don't see anything at this level. If concerned have your provider repeat it and make sure it is rising appropriately.

Very very early: After fertilization,the embryo usually takes about 8 to 10 days to implant inside your uterus at which time HCG production becomes detectable in your blood and urine. From that point on, if pregnancy is normal, HCG levels will rise from about 10to 25mIU/ml and double every 48 to 50 hours. 658 would correspond to day 10 +/- 2d post fertilization. Gestational sac is usually seen at levels above 1000
