A member asked:

My ultrasound didn't show implantation or a sac near or in my tubes, ovaries, or uterus. but my hcg levels keep rising. could it be very early pregnan?

Could be: When was your last period? What were the HCG levels and what was the interval between tests? In normal pregnancy HCG levels double every couple of days during early pregnancy. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!

Yes and no: If the HCG levels continue to rise rapidly and no gestational sac is seen, then a concern for an ectopic or molar pregnancy has to be addressed by your MD.
