Hello, need a bit of help here i have fibromyalgia and cf i have changed my diet drastically but need to take more gabapentin to combat bad pain i'm currently on 900mg 3 times a day but need to termperarly increase while my body gets ?

Can go up: Can go up to 1200mg 3x daily, however it would be wisest to do this under the suprevision of your GP rather than independently. May also if not wining be useful for you to have a clinical review - if the pain is abdominal some CF patients get pancreatitis and would be important to do lipase blood test to rapidly exclude this serious possibility.
