PT, support gp, Aqua: I like a holistic approach that combines the benefits of low dose neuropathic medication like Gabapentin and possibly Tramadol for pain if necessary with some form of a mild moverment program ie Pool therapy, light aerobic exercise w/a Physical Therapist or trainer that teaches light stretching exercise, Restorative yoga or Mat PIlates. Finally I rec a support group or cognitive behavioral therapy.
