It is possible to lo: Tell us your weight and what are you doing to lose weight?. There are two essential steps to lose weight. First, it requires you to eat less(healthy, low fat foods) and secondly to move around more(increase your activity like walking). Avoid calorie rich foods like sweets, candy, cakes and fatty foods like Milk, Cheese, Ice creams and cakes. Avoid friend foods. Weigh yourself daily and see results
