Nutrition and: Exercise: eat a diet rich in fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains; low in saturated fats and processed foods. Exercise at least 150 minute/week and gradually increase the vigor of exercise. See your doctor to establish a baseline of fasting glucose and lipids. Losing weight is hard, but worth the effort.
