Weight loss: The healthiest way to loose weight is with attention to eating healthy (type and amount of food) and exercise. Shooting for 1-2lbs per week is a healthy way to go. Look for things that might be easy to change first (like eliminating high calorie beverages: soda, juice, gatorade, sweetened tea...It will save you money not to buy it too!) good job in your effort to be healthier!
