No: Most nutrition experts recommend not only 3 meals daily but healthy between-meal snacks as well. A good start might be to read THE FAT-RESISTANCE DIET by Leo Galland MD. It offers info on anti-inflammatory foods which restore the function of one's receptors which are responsible for control of appetite, response to insulin and metabolic function. Also, daily walking and other exercise are good.
