Keep it up: 2000 calorie diet + 1/2 - 1 hour of exercise daily is worth the effort.

Welcome to aging you: May notice that as you get older, it will be harder and harder to shed pounds. I always recommend that individuals by a pocket book that maps out calories. You always rethink your decisions whenever you see the calorie content in what you are about to eat. As far as exercise, keep in mind, you do not need to be a world class athlete or marathon runner, sticking to some routine is all you need.

Fatigue ; Depression: Number one reason for "fatigue" is "depression". A "healthy" individual should be "happy", otherwise feels having no energy. Other reasons for feeling fatigue in young; active (!) individuals like you would be: "lack of good sleep" or "enough sleep"; "sleep apnea" that happens because of obesity or eating late at night; hypothyroidism; anemia; diabetes; hypotension; heart failure; renal failure;.
