Non-specific test r: esults! ANA is a test for anti-nuclear antibodies and can be read as positive in a number of auto-immune diseases. You don't even know whether you have a problem with your pancreas yet and if so what is causing it. You should sit down with a good internist, maybe a good gastroenterologist,maybe a good rheumatologist and figure out what is going on.
