Is it possible to have a negative ana and positive ena and still be diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder? also, if all your symptoms suggest it.

Yes: The ENA is a marker for several rheumatologic diseases especially mixed connective tissue disorder. It may be positive without a positive ANA.
