Can't tell from...: ...your description alone. There are some very specific blood tests that may support, or point away from, your presumption of autoimmune pancreatitis. In the meantime, no alcohol or tobacco intake please.

Possible: Autoimmune pancreatitis is usually chronic in nature and could be painless. Please see a doctor to get work up to diagnose it for sure.
