More testing: An anti-nuclear antibody wouldn't be high on my list, but it might be time to check you for one of the genetic syndromes (trypsinogen mutation, cystic fibrosis variant) known to cause this. "Magic" food supplements won't help you. Hoping you can find the cause of this often very troublesome situation.
