I've done my cbc nd my results were in the normal range but the lymphocytes absolute count were 4.74 and the range was (0.9-3.1). should i be worried?

I wouldn't be: This finding--a modest elevation of lymphocytes--is quite commonly associated with experiencing or recovering from a viral infection, even if you hardly recognize that you are sick. The fact that the other CBC parameters were normal is reassuring. For absolute reassurance, I would have my CBC repeated in about 6 weeks. Good wishes:)

Only if you have Sx.: You haven't told us why the CBC was ordered, nor did you mention any symptoms that you were experiencing. These are critically important in interpreting any lab test or imaging result. In any battery of 15 tests (like a CBC with differential), just by CHANCE ALONE, there is likely to be 1 abnormality. I may mean nothing, especially if there's no prior reason to think that it should be abnormal.
