high wbc (13.4; neutrophils 90%, lymphocytes 6%), normal rbcs, low h/h (7.4/27.7). cbc done in the er for syncopal episode. what could be going on?

2 little info: Don't know if you are chronically anemic or not or if U have a fever and infection anywhere. You need to see a doc and get a complete history and physical examination. That is best done in a physician's office, not in the hectic setting of an ER!
