That depends: on your particular lab normals. If all else on CBC is within normal range then it is likely this is too.

Did CBC test a couple of days ago and got the results today. Everything, according to the test is within reference range except for one thing which is Lymphocytes absolute count mine is 3.47 x10/L. Is this normal? Also says platelets are normal.
