Did a cbc 2 mnths ago.result=normal leukocytic count,absolute lymphocytes count=3.9 x10/l and a lymphocytes count at 49%. i did the cbc again & absolute lymphocytes dropped to 3.1, but lymphocytes count is still 49%. no illness symptoms. causes?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, an intercurrent viral infection may explain the counts. Wish you good health!
