Not recommended. : That is not a medicine that is widely used in pediatrics. I would be uncomfortable using it in a young baby.

Mgt: Infant nasal saline drops are safe and effective in removing mucus. A suction bulb with gentle suction can be used after using the saline. A cool air mist humidifier is advised. The use of the medication is not advised.
