My infant is five months has a dry cough for a week and has a runny stuffy nose no fever should i take him to doctor is it a cold?

Cough: it is always hard to know when to take your baby to the doctor. If he is eating, drinking, pooping, peeing and acting otherwise well and having no fever then I would say no. If he has any trouble breathing, the cough becomes worse, he gets a fever, he becomes lethargic, dehydrated or you are just too worried then get him seen. Worried Mommas are always right.
