Abnormal: First, what you describe is definitely not normal if related to the extraction. Unfortunately we can't give you more information over the internet. This requires a one on one clinical exam. The sore throat/muscle pain you are experiencing may or may not be related to the extraction. You should see your dentist as soon as possible for an evaluation. If this is an infection it could be serious.
